The previous Service Portal has been renamed myHERMA. You will now find it clearly arranged as one menu item within the website. You will now find everything about HERMA labellers and labelling machines in one place - whether information, services or functions. You can continue to use your existing access data. Use the login option in the header area of the page next to the language selector or the login form opposite.

The machine cockpit gives you an overview of your installed base, which is made even clearer by assigning individual designations and location information. For each machine, you can retrieve data on past services, download all related documents for your machine and view information on the integrated HERMA 500 base unit(s). In addition, you receive valuable operating and troubleshooting instructions as well as spare parts recommendations.
Your HERMA 500 labellers
For the HERMA 500 base units, you can not only gain an overview of your devices, but also view equipment features and retrieve firmware. Other helpful services allow you to read out the parameters even without a data connection, making it much easier to find errors during support. With the help of online ordering of upgrades you can activate further functions of your device. You will also always find the latest firmware for your labeller.

Visual Support
You have a problem on one of your machines or labellers or you want to replace a spare part but you are not sure how it works exactly? Our new Visual Support can help you perform minor problems or repairs yourself. With the help of a video conference and AR functions, one of our technicians can easily guide you with almost no waiting time and give you helpful tips and instructions via drawings or annotations. All you need is a smartphone and an Internet connection.

Identify spare parts with a photo
The HERMA spare part search is now even easier: If you are looking for a spare part but cannot find the article number or the exact designation of the part, simply use our spare part search with a photo. You don't have a photo at hand? Then simply describe the part in the semantic search and the correct article will be displayed. For the time being, only parts of our HERMA 400 and HERMA 500 labellers are in the new search.
Remote analysis via QR code
Troubleshooting made easy: With our remote analysis via QR code, all you have to do in case of problems is scan the QR code on the HERMA 500 display and the parameters of your device will be transmitted to your HERMA technician. He or she will then check the data for possible errors and can provide you with direct assistance in adjusting the parameters. Just give it a try next time!
Access to myHERMA free of charge
Whether you have questions about ordering or you need help adjusting your applicator, myHERMA can give you detailed answers to many of your questions. There is just one requirement: You have to register for free access. Once this one-time registration is approved, you can access tmyHERMA with your account. We are continuously expanding and updating the content, and we take your feedback into account. This ensures that everyone, yourself included, can get optimal performance from our applicators and labelling machines at all times.
